Our Leadership

Managing offshore software development projects can easily overwhelm Global Project Managers. Treading through the intricacy of handling teams across time zones, different cultural and language nuances compounded by the lack of face to face interaction and managing the logistics of a dispersed delivery organization add a magnitude of complexity to the project. The single most important thing that can help overcome these is the manager’s ability to build a high performing team.

One of the single biggest factors in building high performing offshore team is local (offshore) leadership on top of the delivery teams which shields clients from directly managing unexperienced young professionals.

In Phrog, we have a strong local leadership team consisting of professionals from technology, data science and healthcare domain with over 16 years of executive-level experience in managing large-medium-scale projects spanning across various technologies and data analytics projects in healthcare space.

Even our Project Leads for each project are experienced Project Managers who have interacted and handled overseas projects and possess the necessary managerial skills required for providing such services. They are all trained in PMI project management principles to ensure a consistent delivery experience.
