Segmentation

Segmentation in pharma world is carried out to divide the physicians into segments who have similar traits w.r.t any n-dimensions. These dimensions are usually chosen around Physician behaviours, Sales, Market Trends etc. Unsupervised clustering is one of the techniques we use for segmentation. This information can be utilized to leverage the right communication to the right physicians and to deploy the right resources to make a profitable impact. Fitato is trying to solve a few problems in fitness industry. It wants to bring all the small and big fitness studios under one umbrella  so that fitness enthusiast needn't worry to buy memberships for several different places/activities of his interest. Also, it aims to bring variety to its users as user gets access to many different activities with just one membership. 

Phrog  is the technology partner to Fitato in its exciting journey. 

  • Designed and developed Fitato’s users ' app for for searching and booking their favorite activities . 

  • Designed and developed Fitato Gym app for gyms to be able to manage their users.

  • Mapped internal processes to manage its alliances with gyms and other vendors.

TAF is a world class fitness facility opening soon in Delhi. It wanted to leverage technology to take user engagement to the next level , increase reach to prospective users and automate TAF's internal systems.
